• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 6 tbsp sofrito
• 300 ml fish stock
• 300 gr potatoes, peeled in blocks (fixed cooker)
• 120 gr mullet fillet
• 120 hake fillet
• 4 king prawns
• 200 g mussels
• 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
• pepper and salt
