Now I have found a recipe that looks a bit nice. My question is, will you please cook that and then tell me what it was like? Because make it yourself… brrrr.
Butter in the large pan. Gently fry the onion, curry powder, coriander and aniseed. Gently until it smells. Then add the pieces of fennel and pumpkin, toss briefly so that it just gets a touch on the outside and the stock. Simmer until the pieces of pumpkin are soft. The hand blender in it. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with a splash of cream and cut a mountain of cress over the soup plate. Get well soon!
