A new literary festival lands in The Hague on Saturday 10 July: ‘You’ll have to scream LOUDER‘. The festival comes from Crossing Border and focuses on the talents of Dutch literature. You can expect literature, ghosts, poetry and alternative music.
The program so far:
-Music is from Sophie Street and the Belgian hip-hop sensation Chibi Ichigo.
Debuting writers such as Sofie Lakmaker, Helena Hoogenkamp, Sholeh Rezazadeh, Lies Gallez and Lale Gül give interviews and lectures.
Poetry will be read by Levina van Winden and Maxime Garcia Diaz and Edna Azulay
-Spoken Word performances are by Elten Kiene, Neusa Gomes, Justin Samgar and Deniz Kavafoglu.
The full program will be announced in May.
Tickets are available through the Scream Louder website. The festival takes place in the Energiekwartier around Zaal 3, Studio Loos and Kunstinstituut NEST.
