Festival Copenhell in the Danish capital Copenhagen will no longer take place in 2021. The festival has been postponed to June 2022, where at least some of the bands will move.
Will be headlining between 16 and 18 June Iron Maiden, but also Judas Priest, Korn, Mercyful Fate, Opeth, Emperor, Bad Religion, Jinjer, Of Mice & Men, Destruction, Gloryhammer, Dog Eat Dog, Death To All, Hällas, Gatecreeper, Artillery, Knocked Loose, Lok and The Hellacopters to be on the program. More names will of course be announced later.
Copenhell has been organized every year since 2010 and can now participate in the major pop / metal festivals in Europe, such as Rock Am Ring / Rock Im Park, Sziget, Pinkpop, Pukkelpop, Rock Werchter, Lowlands, Download Festival, Roskilde and Glastonbury.
Tickets already bought for the 2020 and 2021 editions will remain valid for 20222. After all refunds have been processed, ticket sales for the upcoming edition will start, exactly when that will be is currently unknown.
